  Yes, we have total 3 factories, one is for machine, another two for wires, we can offer in one-stop for machines and consumbles like wires and wheels.

• How long is the lead time for machine and wires?

  Machine delivery time is 30-45 days after order confirmation and prepayment received for machine, and 7 days for wires.

• How to choose the cutting machine that is most suitable for your material?

  Please inform the size of your material and what you want to cut it into.

  We will have professional technical staff to serve you and send the most suitable cutting plan for you reference.

• How to provide after-sales guarantee for the machine?
