The ESC600-4T silicon rod cutting machine places the silicon rod on the worktable during cutting. A cut is made at the marked position according to the cutting size requirements. The silicon rod does not need to be moved; the worktable horizontally feeds the appropriate dimensions based on the programmed settings to achieve quantitative segmentation cutting. The horizontal movement is driven by a displacement servo motor, ensuring precise sizing, with the ability to cut materials as thin as 0.5mm. The circular diamond wire serves as a specialized cutting tool, producing minimal cutting noise, low energy consumption, high cutting efficiency, reduced material wastage due to small kerfs, and smooth surfaces on silicon rods, achieving a "cutting with grinding" effect. This machine is a dual-purpose cutting machine for both wet and dry conditions, suitable for cutting rod materials under various working conditions. It can cut crystal rod sizes with maximum lengths and diameters reaching up to 2000mm x 600mm.
